液态CO2注入泵是什么
液态CO2注入泵的组成也很简单,它是由联轴器、减速器、电动机、传动部分、泵头部分、公共底座等零件组成,由电动机通过减速器、皮带传动或无级调速器,带动曲轴旋转,推动连杆经滑块(泵叶)使柱塞作直线往复运动,在泵头进口阀的启闭作用下达到吸排液态CO2目的,泵头材质有不锈钢、陶瓷等。

组装形式有卧式、立式、固定式、移动式,传动形式有电动机、柴油机、齿轮箱、皮带轮、变频调速等。
液态CO2注入泵用途
适用于高压试压泵、高压清洗泵、液态二氧化碳泵、油田注水泵等方面。
